Relationship Between Consciousness The Society With Services Crescent Red Saudi And The Rate Response For Calls Emergency

Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between community awareness of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority's services and the response rate to emergency calls. The study was conducted on a sample of 400 participants from different age groups and educational levels, using a descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire that included eight basic items measuring community awareness of Red Crescent services and its impact on the speed of response. The results showed that the arithmetic means tended toward agreeing on the importance of community awareness in improving the speed of communication with ambulance teams, clarifying reports, and increasing the effectiveness of using electronic applications. T-test and ANOVA tests also showed no statistically significant differences between genders or between education levels in participants' responses, indicating that these perceptions are common across different groups. The study recommends increasing community awareness campaigns and intensifying training on the use of Red Crescent electronic applications to enhance the efficiency of emergency response.
