Contract ads will repeat previously submitted copy if we do not receive new copy by the deadline date.
Trim size of print journal = 210 x 277 perfect bound. Agency discount: 10%. No cash discount.

Mechanical Requirements and Options:

The publisher requires digital ads in EPS, TIF or JPG format (at least 300 dpi). Alternatively, camera-ready artwork is possible. The publisher will also accept negatives (right-reading, emulsion-side down), but no veloxes or laser printouts. Please, send black-and-white artwork, colour artwork is acceptable at €30 charge. Mail artwork as instructed below. All bleeds, ad reductions or enlargements, and corrections will be charged at €35 per advertisement.

Electronic Files:

Electronic files, such as EPS, TIF or JPG with 300 dpi or higher, are preferred, and may be sent via e-mail. All fonts must be embedded and a proof must accompany the file sent by post. PPT files are acceptable at an additional €20 processing costs, fonts may not be embedded in graphic. PDF files are not preferred, but will be accepted at a €30 charge. Artwork (not file) trim size should be at 100% of the journal trim size. The file trim size must correspond to the ad size.
